From MONDAY 13th December 2021, all guests, staff and contractors on site are required to be FULLY VACCINATED and include evidence of this, or provide an exemption certificate.

What does this mean for you.  

  • Vaccination requirements: 
    - All staff, guests (12 years and older) & contractors on site, must be fully vaccinated by the 13th of December 2021.  
    - Apply for your NZ digital COVID Vaccination Certificate on line and email us a copy of this, for each guest listed on your booking (12 years old plus), to confirm your booking. 
    - Alternately, if you have an official exemption document, please email us a copy of this. 
    - If you are unable to provide a vaccine certificate or legitimate exemption document, please contact us for a full refund of your deposit/payment
    - The party leader/lead booking name is responsible for communicating this requirement to all guests in their group.
    - Failure or refusal to do so may result in the park cancelling the booking with no refund except as provided for in the T&C’s.
    - LATE ARRIVALS must contact reception and arrange documentation of your vaccine pass, prior to your booking being approved.  
     
  • Scanning in is compulsory, or signing our register at reception.
  • Masks are to be worn in all communal areas, including bathrooms, kitchen & bbq area.
  • Spas will be open, however bookings essential for these.
  • Our courtesy shuttle service will no longer be able to operate.
  • Servicing in rooms will be dependent on traffic light system and can be discussed on check in
  • Cleaning and sanitising equipment is available at all common areas.  We go by the motto. ‘sanitise in, sanitise out’ every time you enter a communal area.
