Terms and Conditions

Rooms (excluding New Year Period and Event weekends): 
1 night stay: Full payment is required. 
Stays 2 nights or more: 50% deposit is required.  
Balance of reservation is due 7 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically.

Cancellations/amendments outside 7 days prior to the day of arrival are refundable less a $25 administration fee per unit. 
No refunds will apply to cancellations/amendments within 7 days of the day of arrival. 

Vans and Sites (all year):
Full payment is processed on booking.
Cancellations/amendments outside 72 hours prior to the day of arrival are refundable less a $25 administration fee per site.
No refunds will apply to cancellations/amendments within 72 hours of the day of arrival. 

New Year Period (Rooms Only 27th December - 6th January):
50% deposit required.
Balance of reservation is due by 1st December and will be charged automatically.
Cancellations/amendments prior to the 1st of December are refundable less $25 admin fee per unit.
No refunds will apply to cancellations/amendments after the 1st of December. 

Event weekends (Rooms Only, including but not limited to Easter, Warbirds over Wanaka, Wanaka A & P):
50% deposit required.
Balance of reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically.
Cancellations/amendments outside 21 days prior to the day of arrival are refundable less a $25 administration fee per unit.
No refunds will apply to cancellations/amendments within 21 days of the day of arrival.  

General Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations are a contract between Wanaka TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and are not transferable to any other person. 
  • The named person on that site or unit is responsible and liable for all occupants and visitors behavior and damage.
  • All reservations are to be made by persons 21 years or older.  The credit card holder that makes the booking must be present for the duration of stay.
  • All bookings made online with credit card will incur a 2% credit card fee. Only Visa and Mastercard accepted.
  • A booking is confirmed when a deposit is received and a booking reference number is generated.
  • Public Holidays will operate with restricted hours.  
  • No additional tents, awnings or structures to be erected alongside sealed sites. 
  • Quiet time is from 10pm to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay.
  • The property is under 24 hour security surveillance.


Amendments to bookings: Any amendments to bookings must be in writing to [email protected] This includes changes to guest numbers or nights. Amendments are subject to availability and approval and may require a unit or site change. If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.  We have the right to upgrade or move guests. We ensure that should this situation arise, guests will not be downgraded on their reserved accommodation.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original card that the purchase was made.  Refunds will be actioned within 14 days of cancellation.

Child Policy: Sites 0 - 2 year olds: Free. 2 - 14 year olds: $14 per child. 15 year olds and over: charged adult rates. In rooms the child rate varies from $25-$30 depending on room type booked.

Check in & out times: Check in from 2pm.  Check out by 10am.  Late check outs must be pre arranged.

Electrical warrant of fitness: All users of power supply at the site, must have a current electrical warrant of fitness, before accessing power. 

Visitors: No Visitors all year round, unless prior arrangement has been made. 

Pets: Dogs are allowed on campervan sites with prior arrangement and acknowledgement of Pet Policy. Strictly no dogs or pets in rooms.

Lost Property: Items can be posted back at your expense. We will require payment before sending. Payment must include tracking.

Smokefree: We are a smokefree workplace & environment and encourage smokers to smoke off site. 

Antisocial behavior: We reserve the right to remove guests from our facility who are deemed by staff to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way. Guests staying in our rooms will be required to provide a valid Visa or Mastercard number to act as security. Any damage made to items or accommodation during the length of your stay will include an appropriate charge for replacement/repair or loss of income.
